Cucumber Dill Dip


  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, minced (If you like garlic, use the whole clove)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 medium English cucumber, chopped very small


  1. Put all the the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and gently mix.
  2. Refrigerate so the flavors can blend and until ready to serve.


  • Use this sauce to top your favorite burger or sandwich.
  • Perfect dip for celery or carrots.
