- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
- Plain tortilla chips
- Sliced green chilies (seeded)
- Combine cheeses. Toss cheese with taco seasoning.
- Layer plain tortilla chips on shallow baking pan. Top with cheese mixture and green chilies.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
