New Meal Options

Now that the dining hall is closed, consider your commissary the answer to your dining dilemma:

  • The Deli/Bakery is serving an ever-expanding menu of hot and cold selections.
  • The Produce Department has a Grab and Go area stocked with fruit and veggie bowls.
  • The Grocery Department has microwavable meals and ready-to-eat options for quick, easy, and  inexpensive meal deals.
  • The display at the front of the store and the "Airmen Alley" in the meat case includes smaller portions of ground beef, pork chops, hamburger patties, steaks, and stir fry.

Tammy's Last Day

Our current Deli/Bakery Manager; Tammy, will be PCS’ing with her family soon. Her last day with us is May 24th, so stop by and wish her luck in her next endeavor. We welcome Tammy’s replacement who will be joining us May14th.

We would like to introduce our new Coast Produce Merchandiser; Austin Feeser. Stop by and give him a warm welcome!

Here is a great recipe for Pico De Gallo you may want to try for Cinco de Mayo. It is our Produce Department Manager’s recipe.

Tina’s Pico de Gallo

4-5 Tomatoes, finely chopped

1 Small Red Onion, finely chopped

1 Bundle Cilantro, chopped (or more, to taste!)

2-3 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and finely chopped

½- Fresh Lime juice squeezed

Salt and Pepper for taste

(Garlic Powder optional)

Mix all together and enjoy!
