Commissary Rewards Cards. Customers without a rewards card can ask any employee

at their commissary for one and register it on the portal, www.MyCommissary.com, to set up a customer account. Once registered, they can download digital coupons instantly and enter to win special events and giveaways.

 In-Store Coupons. Customers may find a multitude of in-store high-value coupons located on the shelves, as well as when they walk in the door and find military-affiliated free magazines that include commissary/military-only coupons.

Commissary Store Brands. Commissaries have their own private label brands offering quality comparable to national brands with even deeper savings. Look for DeCA's own store brands, Freedom's Choice and HomeBase, as well as other private label brands such as Full Circle organics, Tippy Toes baby products, Wide Awake ready-to-drink coffee products, Pure Harmony pet food; TopCare health and beauty and Flock's Finest wild bird food.

Your Health and Wellness Programs. The Dietitian Approved Thumbs up (DAT) makes it easy for shoppers to find high-performance, nutrient-dense foods; look for the DAT label on the shelves. Dietitian-approved fueling stations offer nutritious on-the-go meals and snacks. Posters in the center store highlight affordable and nutritious dietitian-approved quick and easy-to-make meals. There is a "dietitian alongside you" at Your Commissary!

YES! Program. The YES! Program offers everyday great savings on many of the items that customers buy frequently. The items are marked by bright orange and blue YES! labels.

Deal of the Week. On select Thursdays in commissaries located in the U.S., customers will find seasonal products with slashed sales prices. These deals last three to four days while quantities last. Look for "Deal of the Week" signage and the sales flyer for super discount pricing.

Everyone should exercise proper health precautions in public places like the Commissary. Stay home if you feel ill or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19. Maintain proper social distance when shopping at the Commissary. Taking these simple precautions will help us all get through these difficult times.       

 

CURRENT COMMISSARY OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES:

- Social distancing, enforced in store.

- Wearing Masks, enforced in store.

- Cashiers sanitize register area after each transaction

- Products are made available to patrons as quickly as they are received from our distributors; this includes all items ordered through our Click2Go system

 

Disabled American Veteran's (DAV) Expanded Patronage

To obtain a VHIC, current VA policy requires veterans to be enrolled in VA health Care. To check VA health care enrollment eligibility and to enroll: visit local VA medical facility: call 1-877-222-VETS (8387), Mon-Fri 8am until 8pm, ET; or apply online  at www.va.gov/healthbenefits/enroll.

Caregivers eligible solely under this act will receive a letter from the VA  that indicates they are the primary family caregiver for a veteran enrolled in the Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers. Effective 01 January 2020.

  • Access CLICK2GO from your computer/mobile device by logging into your shop.commissaries account. If you don’t already have an account you can register on the login page.

  1. What should I bring to pick up my order?
  • Your military ID or authorized agent card is required

  1. Do I pay for my order online or at the time of pickup?
  • Payment is collected online. Your total payment may be slightly different (either higher or lower) than your estimated total shown online due to random weight items such as produce and meat. Additionally, DeCA's pricing policy, similar to that of retail grocery chains providing this service, is to charge you the item price in effect on the day and time of pickup.
     
  1. What forms of payment do you accept?

  1. What are Commissary CLICK2GO’s operating hours?
  • Monday – Friday, 11am-6pm (Dates and hours may vary by location)
  • Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, up to six days in advance of the desired pickup date
     
  1. How soon can I pick up my order?
  • There is a minimum six hour lead-time from the time the order is submitted to the time of curbside pickup. For example, an order submitted at 5am can be picked up the same day as early as 11am
  • Orders placed after 11am will default to the next available pickup time the following day
     
  1. What happens if I am going to be late?
  • If you are running late or will be unable to pick up your order altogether, contact your CLICK2GO commissary via email or phone. That information is located on your confirmation email. The store will accommodate your schedule.
  1. Should I tip the person handling my order when I pick up my groceries?
  • No, Commissary CLICK2GO employees are not allowed to accept tips.
     
  1. How do I cancel my Commissary CLICK2GO order?
  • You can cancel an order up to 4.5 hours prior to your reserved pickup time

    1. Log into shop.commissaries account
    2. Select “My Account” then select “My Orders”
    3. Select the order you want to cancel then scroll down and click "Cancel Order"
    4. Select “Yes” to continue
       
  1. How Do I add notes to my order?
  • To input notes for specific substitution requests or to add additional comments please select the grocery cart in the top right corner of the screen
  • Scroll down and select “View Full List”
