- Simply ORDER & PAY ONLINE (24/7) from a computer or mobile device up to 6 days before your selected pickup.
- Select & schedule your pickup time (Tues - Sat from 1100 - 1800)
- Make sure to bring your Military ID, CAC or authorized agent letter (as applicable) with you. Arrive to pickup your groceries at your pre-selected date & time.
- Park in one of the designated CURB SIDE PICKUP spaces 1-3.
- Call the commissary (816-581-5160, ext. 3425) to let us know you are here to pickup your groceries.
- Simply wait in the safety & comfort of your vehicle while a staff member delivers and loads your groceries into your vehicle.

- We accept ONLINE PAYMENT ONLY: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover & the Military Star Card.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECK OR EBT / WIC VOUCHERS with CLICK2GO.
NEED TO CANCEL? You may cancel your order up to 4.5 hours prior to your selected pickup time.
To do so, log in to your online account, select 'My Account', then 'My Orders.' Select the order you want to cancel; scroll down and click 'Cancel Order'. Select 'Yes' to confirm.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION:
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will substitute a like item in the closest size & price. If you don't approve of the substitution it can be deleted from your order at curbside. Help us make the right choice by submitting substitution comments with your order. Here's how.....
- Click the 'Grocery Cart' in the top right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down and select 'View Full List'.
- From the 'drop-down arrow', select your substitution preference & provide any additional instructions in the 'Add Notes' section.
